There is no need for you to consult a physician and get clinical treatment which can cause you problem in future. 
For sure, just mentioning the class of vitamins will not give you the idea of what types of fruits that best to consume right? And here it goes. As i made research myself, i came across that fruits like Papayas, oranges, Avocados, Bananas, Berries, Lemons, Apricots, Mangoes, Pineapples, Pomegranates, Kiwis, peach and Apples are best to consider for a healthy, cost-effective practices and also bring a visible results to those who consume them. Papaya and Peach 
Papaya is known as a natural exfoliating tonic that leaves your skin spotless with its high vitamin A content. Whereas for peach, peach works best to restore the moisture level to your skin. And you no longer fret about having to apply a moisturizer regimen to your skin since by eating the peaches alone would suffice to give your skin the moisture it needs.
